We first locked eyes on Christmas Eve when my step-dad brought his base model so we could have coffee. I had heard about it, and I knew my sister had received one as a wedding gift. Now, we are a couple and I think I’d like to have it’s little Keurig babies. Jason went out and bought one for me with birthday money I had received. If you don’t have one, you want one, you just don’t know it yet.
It came with 70 little K-Cups which are super convenient and adorable, but Keurig also makes a reusable coffee filter that I plan on purchasing today that allows you to use your own coffee grounds. Way more practical for 2 – 3 cups-per-day drinkers like me. I’m far from a math whiz and I didn’t get the frugal gene, but at $0.40 – $0.55 per cup with those little disposable cups, purchasing the filter accessory makes sense and I need a little something that makes sense in my life right now.
So ladies, beg your husbands for one and husbands surprise your wife with one. All the cool people have one.
