OOOH!!! I can’t wait to see what you do. I have the SAME problem, only mine is SO much cooler, I have 60′s green shag on my stairs, no where else, just the stairs, and the same wooden stairs underneath. My hubby doesn’t want to take it up since it helps the little’s learn to climb the stairs, but really, this stuff is UGLY!
